We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven **Google Ads Specialist** to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads (formerly AdWords) and a proven track record of driving successful PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Google Ads strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate conversions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns that align with marketing goals.
- Conduct keyword research to create targeted ads that reach the right audience.
- Write compelling ad copy and develop creative strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids and strategies to optimize ROI.
- Implement A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other elements to continuously improve performance.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that Google Ads campaigns align with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for performance.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in crafting effective ad copy.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $20.48 per hour
